Frank is a certified personal fitness trainer. He has found that some of his yoga students can better achieve their fitness goals with cross-training and a more personalized exercise program.
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that energy can be channeled by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Frank has been teaching yoga on the Big Island of Hawaii since 2005. He teaches over 300 classes a year on the Kohala Coast. His style is a joyful weaving of the major Hatha Yoga systems infused with Pilates core work and the Aloha spirit. His classes are appropriate for all levels of experience.
He is a registered instructor with yoga alliance and have a RYT 200 Designation and is CPR certified.

In addition to the training described above, Frank studied Iyengar yoga with Richard Schachtel in Seattle, Washington in 2005, receiving two intensive teaching certificates. He also received alignment instruction in Iyengar yoga from BKS Iyengar and Patrica Wallden, in Colorado, and from Carol Dudley and Andil Pakiavala, on the Big Island. He spent a week doing the Primary Astanga series with SriK. Pattabhi Jois, in San Fransisco. Additional Astanga intensives were studied with Chuck Miller, Maty Esraty, his first teacher, Andrew Eppler, Julie Kleinman, of Yoga Works, and Nadia Toraman.
